ZWJ-DM Automatic Two Rollers Big Honey Pill Making Machine is a new research and development national patented product in our company. The bar making and pill twisting are done by one motor. The structure is simple, operation is convenient and output is high. It can produce 3g, 6g and 9g big honey pills. With changing moulds, it also can produce various sizes water pill, condensed pill and starched pill.

Working Principle

      Put the mixing and refining uniform medicinal paste material into the Pill Making Machine hopper. With the rolling and squeezing of the turning plate and the function of the propeller, the medicinal bars are squeezed from the material mouths on one side. When the medicinal bars reach a certain length, it will be cut by the automatic cutter and feed by the distributor to twist and roll with one per second speed. To change the pill size and weight, it can adjust the cutter position and conveyor belt elasticity by micro adjusting device separately with easy operation.
